FAQs

Can I change an appointment from in person to virtual?

Yes! Send me a message in the client portal and I will be happy to make that change for you.
Please note that if you are scheduling a virtual session, you will need to be located in Arizona during your appointment (If you are out of state, traveling, on vacation etc, I will be unable to meet with you at that time due to licensing requirements and guidelines).

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Click the link above to sign into your client portal and manage your appointments from there. You are able to make any changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.  If you need help, feel free to send me a message.

What if I need to cancel but am unable to make any changes in the client portal?

Please send me a message in the client portal as soon as possible. 
Any appointments canceled and/or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered a late cancellation and are subject to a late cancellation fee of $75.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

Don't worry- I will wait up to 15 minutes for you! If you can, please send me a message to let me know you are running late. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment it is considered a no show. If this occurs, you will be subject to a no show fee of $75 and will need to schedule your next appointment through the client portal for another day and time.
