Insurance & Self-Pay

  • Currently accepting insurance including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare

  • If Maple Ash Counseling is not an in-network provider with your insurance, upon request, we are happy to provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of current services.

    • Many out-of-network plans provide reimbursement for a large portion of the cost of sessions.

    • Check with your plan for benefit and coverage details. 

    • Feel free to contact me for more information. This information will also be discussed during your initial intake appointment.

Rates & Fees

For New Clients: 

  • $200 for New Client Assessment & Evaluation (53 minutes)

For Established Clients: 

  • $150 for individual counseling session (53 minutes)

  • $175 for couples & relationship counseling session (53 minutes)

For Late Cancellation & No Show

  • $75
